Light rain or snow won’t stop us — we’ll still service your yard as long as it’s safe to do so. However, in cases of severe weather (like heavy snow, ice, or extreme conditions), we’ll skip that week’s visit for safety.
Thursday is the designated poop scooping day. If we have to skip a week, your pet’s waste will be picked up during the next scheduled visit. Invoices are not adjusted unless you pick up the yard yourself in the meantime, since we’ll still be removing the same amount of waste the following week.

Nope! As long as I have access to your yard, you don’t need to be home. I’ll send a quick update after your visit so you know the job is done.

No problem! I just need a way to access the yard. You can provide a gate code, hide a key, or arrange another option that works for both of us.
